A £50m facility agreement governed by English law (Barclays and Lloyds TSB, 2004) and four amendment letters from 2006, published on SEC EDGAR. Below is KROTKA's output, unedited: every wording is a verbatim quote. The letters take effect on a conditional date, and KROTKA says so instead of guessing one.
Before(c) the ratio of EBIT to Interest Expense for any Relevant Period will not be less than 4.0 to 1.0; and
After‘‘(c) the ratio of EBIT to Interest Expense for the Relevant Period ending on: (ii) 30 September 2006 will not be less than 2.5:1; (iii) 31 December 2006 will not be less than 2.4:1; (iv) 31 March 2007 will not be less than 2.75:1; (v) 30 June 2007 will not be less than 3.4:1; and (v) any date other than those listed at (i) to (v) above will not be less than 4:1.’’

Your name stands behind every opinion you sign. That is why KROTKA grounds its findings in the document text: every finding points to the exact wording and where it appears, and what the engine cannot establish is marked as not established. You make the call, with the evidence in front of you.
Every finding is backed by a verbatim quote from your documents (for scans: from the text read by OCR). One click shows the context.
Changes to amounts, deadlines and definitions laid out in order. Discrepancies between documents shown with the wording from both sides.
The same engine version gives the identical report for the same file (except the optional AI summary). You can reproduce and check the result.
Documents are processed on our compute provider and deleted right after the analysis; we do not keep their content. They are not sent to external AI providers and are never used for training.
For anyone who works with agreements changed by amendments and needs to know
what applies today and where it comes from.
A client's agreement with several amendments: the current wording of every provision and its history in seconds, with a quote ready for your memo.
Supplier agreements amended over years: amounts, deadlines, indexation and definitions in one view, with discrepancies between documents surfaced at once.
Contracts with suppliers and their annexes: deadlines, remuneration, indexation. Check that an annex amends the right clause and when it takes effect before it is published.
Internal audit and management control: amendment order, missing numbers and an annex attached to the wrong agreement are flagged in a single run.
Leases with many amendments: area, rent, cost share and dates. Current terms without retyping them from each document.
For law firms and corporate legal departments, confidentiality is an absolute ethical obligation and client trust requirement.
No contracts, amendments or financial exhibits are used to train any AI model.
Files are processed on our compute provider (Modal, USA) and deleted right after the analysis; we do not keep document content. The connection is encrypted (HTTPS) and saved matters (analysis results) stay only in your browser. Our server keeps your account, plan, page count and an analysis log (date, pages, number of documents), with no file names or content.
Documents are not sent to external AI providers. The optional summary is written by a Llama model we run on Modal infrastructure (USA).
Free and single-case tiers have a fixed matter and page quota. Subscriptions provide a monthly page allocation with unlimited matters.

A matter is the base agreement together with its amendments, exhibits and schedules.
Every analysis uses the pages of the uploaded documents, including a repeat analysis of the same files. Unused pages do not carry over to the next month.
Every analysis runs checklists of provisions required by law. Each list states its legal source, the law-as-of date and our measurement (on small samples).
Every finding in the report is backed by a verbatim quote from the document that you can check in the original straight away, and the same version of KROTKA gives the same result for the same file. An optional short summary is written by a Llama language model (Built with Meta Llama 3) that we run on Modal infrastructure (USA), and its figures are checked against the analysis results. The summary is off by default; switch it on with one click when uploading.
